Details: A Senior Training Coach is urgently required for our overseas client in Nigeria. The position takes account of coaching young graduate engineers, on Oil/Gas facilities mainly upstream, environment will be field, plant, operations based.

Requirements:
The Ideal candidate will have had Project Management, OIM, Superintendent, experience in Oil/Gas with a Process background, have at least 10 years management practical experience in this field, it would be helpful if candidates had experience with mechanical, Instrument projects. Your background will also reflect training expertise, 10/20 years OJL and classroom if possible, with 10 years at training management level, as part of the job roll is to develop a training culture through coaching, as an addition to their graduate studies. Job role will not include participation in graduate programs, outside of coaching.

Welding Trainer - Haka

Location: Saudi Arabia

Requirements: 6 Years' experience as a welder working in oil & gas/petrochemical industry Candidate should have served minimum 3 years apprenticeship or approved CITB training.  Candidate should have hands on experience of SMAW method, welding of structural steelwork and Pipe welding of carbon steel, using both E-6010 and E-7018 electrodes for open root, fill, and cap, plate sizes up to ¾ inch thickness and pipe sizes from 1 inch up to 8 inch schedule 40 – schedule 140 pipes.  Candidate should have hands on experience in GTAW of Stainless steel, Carbon Steel and low alloy  pipe welding of small bore pipe 1 inch to 2 ½ inch diameter.  Candidates should have been certified to 100% Radiographic standards in accordance with any of the following: AWS, ASME/ANSI, API, BS, ASTM Codes and standards for welding certification.

Requirements: Minimum BSc in Industrial Safety relevant to engineering discipline from a recognized institute or university.  Possess safety professional certification such as OSHA, NEBOSH Certificate or NSC Advanced Certificate.  Ten (6) years experience in delivering industrial safety training and facilitating workshop is preferred. Hands-on experience in industrial safety management and oil / gas plants operation and/or petrochemical industry would be beneficial.  Expertise in process hazard analysis, Emergency, response program, risk communication, risk assessment, qualitative / quantitative & Hazard communication.

HVAC
Trainer - Haka

Location: Saudi Arabia

Requirements: A mechanical engineer with a minimum experience of 5 years, in the field of HVAC servicing and maintenance. Preferred a master degree holder with specialization in Heating, ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC).  Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems (HVAC, air-handling units, boilers, cooling towers, circulation pumps and control systems, HVAC Direct digital Controls (DDC) and building management systems (BMS).  Knowledge on air and hydraulic balancing. Knowledge on Carrier, Trane and York HVAC equipment; Air Cooled Chillers, Centrifugal chillers and package units is an advantage.

Requirements: 6 Years experience as maintenance Engineer or technician in Class 1, Division 1, Oil & Gas Petrochemical Plants, with hands-on skills in maintenance and installation of electrical equipment and distribution system.
