Job Description: Responsible, under the general direction of the Editor, for producing all types of articles for the assigned publication or on special assignment for various company booklets, brochures, and other special projects; for editing news items, features, and columns written by other staff members or contributors by reading copy syntax.  Incumbents produce, both on assignment and their own initiative, articles for a readership of English/Arabic - speaking employees, Government Officials, Owner - Company Executives and trade journal editors.  Work is performed with a minimum of supervision, and they are expected to produce complete, researched, cleared copy requiring few if any changes.

Requirements: You must have 7 years experience as editor or writer with an institutional or commercial newspaper.  You must be perceptive in handling matters of a confidential nature; adequate background in the cultures, traditions, and beliefs of the various nationalities of his readership, as well as a good knowledge of Saudi press regulations and local sensitivities.
