Stable Manager
Location: Middle EastRequirements: Bachelor’s degree and Computer Literate. A minimum 05 years experience in handling total activities of a farm of more than 100 Horses. Candidate must have a strong customer-service focus, strong communication and listening skills, the ability to influence decision-making, excellent interpersonal skills and must be adaptable to different cultural settings and environment.
Details: Candidate will be responsible for managing all the activities of the Horse Farm who will leads a team of staff, such as Horse Trainer, Veterinary Doctor, Technicaland administrative Staff etc. Feeding , medication , breading and maintenance of more than Min. 100 horses specially Arabian Horses.
Areas of expertise include innovative natural treatment methods, infrastructure development and logistics. Besides developing procedures, service standards and operational policies, the candidate can also plan and implement effective control measures to reduce running costs of the farm.
The candidate should be highly knowledgeable in the areas of arranging horse racing events,attending auctions and sales of premium horses locally and overseas and make sure that trainers are fully capable for training of race horses to achieve their optimum productivity.
