CCL Recruitment International was established in 1989 by Brian David Browne. The company has progressed to become a leading specialist in the recruitment field for the overseas market, primarily in the Middle-East and Africa.

Brian, a qualified engineer, aged 61 has spent many years in the Overseas Industry, ten of which were in a senior management capacity. Within this experience were three overseas assignments; Saudi Arabia in 1979, South Africa in 1982 and Saudi Arabia once again in 1987. A well rounded personal experience of overseas and extensive travel have provided exposure to a wide spectrum of industrial applications including the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Fields, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, Heavy Earthmoving Equipment, Education, Teachers, Training, both Classroom and On the Job as well as Mining industries, Construction (high rise), Factory Production in Finishing, Joinery, Marble and Electro Mechanical.

Familiarity with all aspects of the technical and engineering sectors of industry likewise have proved extremely helpful when recruiting candidates for overseas assignments. In a similar manner candidates benefit from Brian’s firsthand experience of working with multi-national workforces as well as being able to present profiles of the countries concerned.

Courtney Davies LLB (Hons), Barrister at Law joined CCL Recruitment International in 2010. Courtney graduated from university in 2008 and brings specialist knowledge and skills to the business.
